Client Relations Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to help shape how the world sees, understands, and adopts our financial platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Growth, and Sales to translate features into benefits, and craft messaging that resonates with our diverse user base—from freelancers to enterprise teams.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll drive go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and lifecycle messaging across channels. Your work will directly influence user adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature rollouts
• Develop compelling messaging and positioning that speaks to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Partner with Product and Growth teams to shape pricing, packaging, and product narratives
• Collaborate with Design to build marketing assets, landing pages, and onboarding flows
• Enable Sales and Success teams with pitch decks, demos, and value-based content
• Conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify opportunities and threats
• Monitor product engagement and feedback to improve messaging and roadmap priorities

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech
• Proven ability to translate technical features into customer-centric messaging
• Experience working closely with product, sales, and design teams
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity using tools like Mixpanel, GA, or HubSpot
• Bonus: Experience marketing APIs, payments, or financial tools
